The ENVIRO EcoEmber Composter is an advanced technology system designed to manage various types of domestic waste, including plastic waste with up to 50% moisture content. It eminently disposes of waste through pyrolysis. A product developed and manufactured in Malaysia.
-
Enviro's EcoEmber-Composter is capable of processing diverse kinds of domestic and plastic waste materials, except for recyclable materials such as metal, glass, and ceramics.
The pyrolysis process produces roughly 4% ash from the total burned volume in the incinerator.
EcoEmber does not require Diesel to pyrolyze waste, unlike traditional incinerators that consume up to 280 liters of diesel per one ton of waste. This makes EcoEmber an eco-friendly and sustainable solution for managing

EcoEmber employs an innovative plasma thermal decomposition technology to handle domestic and plasticwaste effectively. In addition, EcoEmber features patented Graphene Refractories and Fluidized Bed Reactor technologies, crucial to the system's optimal performance.
The heat treatment process taking place within the refractory chamber involves evaporation of moisture, carbonization and oxidation; reducing the waste to ash residue of 4%.
The majority of the reduction is emitted in the form of gaseous and airborne particles, which are then subjected to water scrubbing, filtration, and neutralization in the initial tank. This process is then repeatedin the second filtration tank.
The majority of the heat in the refractory chamber is captured, stored, and continuously emitted by theinner wall surface. However, heat losses occur when the loading door or ash removal door is opened, as well as when high-temperature gases flow from the heat treatment chamber into the filtration tanks thatcontain the water scrubbing process.

The Plasma Reactor is a key element of EcoEmber technology. It is designed to produce artificial plasma using neutral air from outside, supplied by a blower fan. This plasma is not electrified, but the neutral air passes through the channel of the plasma reactor with super-diamagnetic properties.
Plasma is the fourthstate of matter and consists of a gas of ions and free electrons. The process of ionization occurs when atoms or molecules gain or lose electrons, resulting in a charged gas.
Studies have shown that even with a small amount of ionization (~<1%), there can be a significant enhancement of heat transfer rates of up to 60%. The artificial plasma supplied into the chamber consistsof a population of unusually fast particles. At the atomic scale, the kinetic energy of the atoms and molecules can be referred to as heat energy, and this is how the heat transfer rate is enhanced.
Pyrolysis is an ultra-high temperature treatment process that occurs in the absence or near absence of oxygen. In the case of EcoEmber, there is only a small amount of oxygen that is continuously and constantly exhausted from within the closed-door chamber.
When the blower fan supplies neutral air into the chamber, some may assume that it is supplying oxygen, but the Plasma Reactor actually acts as a "curtain" or wall of air that blocks most of the oxygen and carbon dioxide. The majority of what enters thechamber is plasma/ionized gas. The incinerator has a capacity of 4tons.

Model 4T - ENV : 4.0 tons / day (Pyrolysis System)
-
While it is technically feasible to increase the capacity beyond 4 tons, any increase in capacity would require an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) certification. Given the potential complications that may arise during the certification application process, we have decided to set the maximum load of EcoEmber at 4 tons.
-
Model 4T - ENV : 12kW / hour for 1st 3 hours, After which, it drops to 7kw/hr.

b. It's a versatile solution that can handle all types of domestic waste, except for metal, glass, concrete, and ceramics.
c. The system is suitable for de-centralized operations and can be used in all types of environments.
d. Low running and operating costs, EcoEmber allows for 24/7 operation.
e. The vapors generated are filtered and chemically treated before discharge, ensuring an eco-friendly waste disposal process.
f. EcoEmber produces a by-product of only 4% ashes, which are recycled for use as fertilizer and building construction material.
Technical FAQs
What kind of moisture levels is the EcoEmber Composter able to handle to achieve efficient and maximum burning?
For maximum efficiency, kindly ensure the waste is as dry as possible. The higher the moisture content, the slower the temperature rise. For the best operational efficiency, the EcoEmber can handle waste with up to 50% moisture level.
What is the operating temperature achieved by the EcoEmber Composter?
Model 4T - ENV (4.0 tons / day) : up to 1000 OC
If the power trips, is the incinerator equip with a circuit breaker to prevent it from burning the internal circuits?
The circuit breaker will trip if there is any electricity fault. EcoEmber can only be started upon repairs are made.
If kerosene is accidentally poured into the chamber, will this be a hazardous act?
The kerosene will burst into flame only, just like pouring gasoline on fire.
